Er∶YAG激光在龋病治疗中的研究进展

摘要

Dental caries is a bacterial infectious disease which occurs in the hard tissue of tooth,it is a common and frequently-occurring disease.In the early stage,caries often causes the hard tissue defect,with progression,it can bring a series of complications such as dental pulp disease,periapical disease,oral maxillofacial inflammation and so on,finally the tooth loss.Plombage is a common method of treatment of dental caries,through the surgical approach to remove the decayed tissue,preparation of hole shape,then choose the suitable packing material to repair the form and restore the function of the related teeth.High speed turbine is often used to remove the decayed tissue,due to the limitation of equipment,it is inevitable to remove the normal tooth tissue.Erbium:yttrium-aluminum-garnet (Er∶YAG) laser is a solid laser with the wavelength of 2.94 μm,it can accurately,efficiently,and painlessly remove the decayed tissue,maximize preservation of the surrounding healthy tissue at the sametime,so it is getting more and more attention.This article is to make an overview on the application and research progress of Er∶YAG laser in the treatment of dental caries.%龋病是发生在牙齿硬组织的细菌感染性疾病,随着病程进展,龋病可由牙体硬组织缺损发展到伤及牙髓组织,并进而引起牙髓病、根尖周病、颌骨炎症等一系列并发症.充填术是治疗龋病的常规方法,即通过手术方法去除龋损组织,并制备一定的洞形,然后再选用适宜的充填材料修复缺损,恢复牙齿的形态和功能.但在临床上使用高速涡轮机去除龋损组织时,由于器械的限制,常常会磨除过多的健康牙体组织.铒钇铝石榴石(Er∶YAG)激光是波长为2.94 μm的固体激光,其不仅能准确、高效、无痛的去除龋损组织,还能最大限度的保留周围健康组织,因而日益受到关注.本文就Er∶YAG激光在龋病治疗中的应用及研究进展作一综述.
