目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助完整结肠系膜切除术治疗右半结肠癌的安全性及近期疗效。方法回顾性分析40例接受腹腔镜辅助完整结肠系膜切除术的右半结肠癌患者临床资料。结果所有40例手术均顺利完成。平均手术时间（153．7±21．6）min，术中清扫淋巴结（16．3±4．2）枚，平均失血量（131．8±40．5）mL，术后通气时间（4．7±2．1）d，肿瘤平均大小（5．0±3．1）cm。40例患者术后出血1例，淋巴漏3例，切口感染2例，肺部并发症1例。结论腹腔镜辅助完整结肠系膜切除术在右半结肠癌治疗上安全可行。%Objective To evaluate the safety and short-term effects of laparoscopy-assisted complete meso-colic excision(CME)for right colon cancer.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases underwent laparoscopy-assisted CME for right colon cancer from February 201 1 to October 2013 were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results All the operations were successfully completed.The mean operative time was (153.7 ±21.6)mins,the number of cleared lymph nodes was 16.3 ±4.2,the mean blood loss was (131.8 ±40.5)mL,time to first flatus was(4.7 ± 2.1)days,and the mean size of tumor was (5.0 ±3.1)cm.In these 40 patients,there was one case of bleeding,three cases of lymphatic leakage,two cases of wound infection and one of lung infection.Conclusion Laparoscopy-assisted CME for right colon cancer is safe and feasible,it was worth popularizing.
