METHOD FOR LAPAROSCOPIC APPROACH TO RENAL PEDICLE IN RADICAL NEPHRECTOMY

That is followed by laparoscopy, inspection of the abdominal organs, opening of the peritoneum, mobilization of the kidney along the lateral surface, displacement of the laparoscope from the trocar of the anterior axillary region to the trocar of the middle axillary region. Operating table is inclined forward. Kidney with paranephric fat is moved medially. Renal vessels are exposed. Renal arteries and veins are clipped and crossed. Kidneys are mobilized with paranephric fat. Kidney is removed with the paranephric fat of the mini-access and the wound is sutured.
