Along with incidence rate of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) increases year by year, more and more recent studies indicated that OSAHS may be closely associated with occurrence and development of coronary slow flow. The present article made a review on pathogenesis of these two diseases in order to further acknowledge the relationship between them.%随着阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的发病率逐年上升, 近年越来越多的研究显示阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与冠脉慢血流的发生、发展可能存在着密切关系. 为了更好地认识两种疾病之间的关系, 本文将从这两种疾病的发病机制进行综述.
