蛹虫草多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响

         

摘要

目的:研究蛹虫草多糖对巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响。方法将1000、500、250、125、62.5μg/mL 5种浓度的CMP40和CMP50分别加入到小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的培养体系中进行研究,培养24、48 h后收集细胞上清液,测定各组细胞NO、NOS、iNOS、IL-1和TNF-α的含量。结果 CMP40在1000μg/mL、CMP50在250μg/mL组的NO、NOS和iNOS的含量显著高于对照组( P<0.05);CMP40在62.5~125μg/mL和500~1000μg/mL组、CMP50在1000μg/mL组的IL-1浓度显著低于对照组( P<0.05);CMP40和CMP50在500μg/mL组的TNF-α浓度比对照组分别提高3.31%和2.84%。结论 CMP40和CMP50在合适的浓度能促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生NO、NOS和iNOS以及TNF-α,从而增强巨噬细胞的功能。%Objective To study the effects of Cordyceps militaris polysaccharides on immune function of mouse peritoneal macrophage. Methods Two kinds of at five concentrations of CMP40 and CMP50 respectively added to the culture system of mouse peritoneal macrophages, and cell culture supernatant was harvested after cultured 24 h or 48 h for determination of NO concentrations, NOS and iNOS activity or IL-1 and TNF-αconcentrations.Results The results showed NO concentrations, NOS and iNOS activity of CMP40 in 1000μg/mL and CMP50 at 250μg/mL groups were significantly higher than those of control group.IL-1 concentrations of CMP40 at 62.5~125μg/mL and 500~1000μg/mL, CMP50 at 1000μg/mL groups were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).TNF-αconcentrations of CMP40and CMP50 at 500μg/mL groups were respectively 3.31% and 2.84% increasing than that of the control group.Conclusion The results indicates that two kinds of polysaccharides at suitable doses can promote macrophage secretion of NO, NOS, iNOS and TNF-α, thereby enhancing the function of macrophages.
