帕瑞昔布钠联合芬太尼透明贴治疗神经性疼痛VAS指标的临床效果研究

摘要

Objective To explore the treatment of neuropathic pain,the combined use of parecoxib sodium after treatment based ontheuseoffentanyl on transparent paste.Methods In the period from August 2014 to August 2015 by the neuropathic pain patients in our hospital were selected in 38,they were divided intotwogroups,1groupsusingonlyfentanyltransparent paste treatment,2 group based on the use of fentanyl transparent paste on the combined use ofparecoxibsodium,comparingtwotreatmentsoftreatment effect.Results After five days,fifteen days and twenty-five days after treatment,the vas of the patients in the two groups was lower than that before the study,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There is a big gap between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fentanyl transparent dressing in treating neuropathic pain can play an ideal therapeutic,for the use of a drug when the poor efficacy of the patient alone combined with parecoxib sodium can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.%目的 探究帕瑞昔布钠联合芬太尼透明贴治疗神经性疼痛VAS指标的临床效果研究.方法 在2014年8月～2015年8月期间经杭州市萧山区第四人民医院收治的神经性疼痛患者中选择38例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组使用芬太尼透明贴进行治疗,观察组在使用芬太尼透明贴的基础上联合使用帕瑞昔布钠,分析比较两种治疗方式的治疗效果.结果 治疗后5、15、25 d,2组患者的vas均比研究开始前降低,且2组间vas也出现明显较大差异(P<0.05).2组的有效率存在很大差距(P <0.05).结论 芬太尼透明贴在治疗神经性疼痛中可以发挥较理想的治愈疗效,对于单独使用一种药物时疗效不佳的患者联合使用帕瑞昔布钠可以快速明显提高治疗效果.
