解酒护肝饮对酒精性肝损伤大鼠血清和肝组织IL-8的影响

摘要

目的：通过观察解酒护肝饮对酒精性肝损伤大鼠血清和肝组织IL-8的影响，验证其对酒精性肝损伤的防治作用及药效。方法：以益肝灵、葛花解酲汤为对照，采用白酒灌胃造模，分别预防给药和治疗给药后检测各组大鼠血清和肝组织IL-8含量。结果：预防给药结果表明，模型大鼠血清及肝组织IL-8较正常组明显升高，均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)；预防给药各组血清及肝组织IL-8低于模型组，均具有显著性差异(P<0.01或<0.05)，但各治疗组间未见明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗给药结果与预防给药结果一致。结论：解酒护肝饮能够通过降低血清和肝内IL-8含量，防治酒精性肝损伤。%Objective:to observe the effect of relieving alcoholism & protecting liver drink on alcoholic liver injury of rat's blood serum,liver tissue IL-8 as well as test its pharmacological effect and function mechanism.Method:the rat model of alcoholic liver injury was duplicated by filling the stomach with white spirit and then was given prevention medicine and treatment medicine respectively,and the rat's blood serum,liver tissue IL-8 in each group were determined,and Yiganling as well as decoction of pueravia flower were used as comparison.Result:The result of prevention medicine suggested that the amount of IL-8 in rat's blood serum and liver tissue of model group was increased,compared with that of normal group,there was significant difference statistically(P<0.05).the amount of IL-8 in rat's blood serum and liver tissue of each prevention treatment group was reduced,compared with that of model group,there was significant difference statistically (P<0.05).And there was not significant difference statistically in each treatment group(P>0.05).There was consistent between the result of treatment medicine and that of prevention medicine.Conclusion:the drink of relieving alcoholism & protecting liver could prevent alcoholic liver injury by effectively reducing the amount of IL-8 in blood serum and liver.
