基于病证结合的中药网络药理学研究与新药研发策略

Recently, new drug researching and development is facing great difficulites. And traditional Chinese medicine meets the more serious under these circumustances. The strategy of ' the single gene-single drug-single disease' wouldn' t work for R&D of traditional Chinese medicine. In this regards, network pharmacology has been one of the new paradigm for Chinese medicine discovery. So, for example, for the rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) case, this paper focused on the idea and strategy of integrative medicine based network pharmacology in new Chinese medicine discovery, furthermore, some problems and challenges were analyzed, the futuer works were assumed yet.%近年来,新药研发难度逐渐加大,医药产业面临的挑战更加严重.“一个基因——一个药物——一种疾病”的新药发现模式已不适合药物研发.中药复方的作用特点以及网络药理学的思想有望成为现代中药创制的新策略.本文以类风湿性关节炎(RA)为例,概要介绍了基于病证结合的中药网络药理学研究思路与方法,并对研究中存在的问题和相应策略进行了分析.
