胸腰椎结核手术内固定方法及节段的选择

摘要

Nowadays,the selection of internal fixation method and fixed segments are chaotic in the reconstruction of thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis.The range of internal fixation and fusion were extent more.Long segment fixation and fusion can make fixation stronger,but lost more spinal motor function.Thus,this paper discussed the range of fusion and internal fixation for thoracolumbar spinal tuberculosis including indications,operation procedures and advantages and disadvantages,in order to arouse the readers' attention on this question.%在目前临床上胸腰椎脊柱结核重建手术中,对于固定方法及固定节段的选择较为混乱,存在内固定及融合范围过长的局面.长节段固定、融合虽可获得坚强的固定,但牺牲了更多的脊柱运动功能.作者对胸腰椎结核手术融合、内固定的适应证、操作方法及优缺点进行了论述,提出来一些看法,试图抛砖引玉,以期引起读者对此问题的关注.
