微酸性电解水消毒对肉鸡舍内微粒和微生物的影响

         

摘要

In this experiment,two broiler houses were selected,in which one house was regarded as control group without electrochemical water disinfection,and another building as the experimental group.The experiment group used lightly acidic electrolyzed water which contain 30 and 50 mg/L effective concentration of chlorine for coop disinfection.Thus,it determined the changes of particulate and microbe before and after disinfection within the experiment group.The results show that the particle concentration in experimental group,which had taken electrolysis disinfection using two kinds of concentration water,was significantly lower than that of the control homse (P<0.05),and lower than the same type of data collected before disinfection as well (P<0.05);As for the microbial concentration,the result by using 50 mg/L concentration of effective chlorine electrolysis water was lower than that of 30 mg/L significantly (P<0.05).The disinfecting rate of 30 mg/L and 50 mg/L effective chlorine concentration of slightly acidic electrolyzed water was 35.21% and 50.36% respectively.Therefore,the electrolytic water disinfection can effectively reduce the concentration of particles and microorganisms in henhouse,and the bactericidal effect of 50 mg/L chlorine concentration is better than that of 30 mg/L.%试验旨在研究微酸性电解水消毒对肉鸡舍内微粒和微生物浓度的影响.选择2栋肉鸡舍,一栋作为对照组,不进行电解水消毒,另一栋作为试验组,分别使用有效氯浓度为30 mg/L和50 mg/L的微酸性电解水对鸡舍进行消毒;之后进一步对试验鸡舍内使用2种浓度的电解水消毒,并对其消毒前后的舍内微粒和微生物的变化进行测定.结果表明:2种浓度电解水消毒的试验舍其微粒浓度均显著低于对照舍(P<0.05);试验舍内微粒浓度在采用2种浓度电解水消毒后均显著低于消毒前(P<0.05);50 mg/L有效氯浓度的电解水消毒后舍内微生物浓度显著低于30 mg/L有效氯浓度的电解水消毒后(P<0.05),30mg/L和50 mg/L有效氯浓度的杀菌率分别为35.21%和50.36%.因此,微酸性电解水消毒可以有效降低肉鸡舍微粒和微生物的浓度,并且50mg/L有效氯浓度比30mg/L有效氯浓度的杀菌效果更好.
