The apparatus to sterilize and fill a container (B) with a fluid, and especially microbiological liquids, is new. The apparatus to sterilize and fill a container (B) with a fluid, and especially microbiological liquids, has a filler connection through the container cover (2). The filler has a lower section(13) within the container and an upper section outside it. The filler is in two parts with an outer tubular sleeve (3), with radial passage openings (11,15) near both ends and the lower filler section at the bottom, and an inner sleeve. The inner sleeve has an upper connection sealed against the outer sleeve, only linked to the lower connection section of the outer sleeve. It is held axially at the outer sleeve by a release holder. The two sleeves are of metal or a plastics resistant to hot steam, and the plastics material of the ring seal withstands hot steam.
