慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中IL-17的表达及与TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6、IL-10相关性分析

         

摘要

目的:通过测定并对比不同类型慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者前列腺液(EPS)中IL-17、TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6、IL-10的含量并分析其相关性,了解IL-17在CP中的作用及与其他细胞因子的关系。方法通过尿常规、EPS常规检查、两杯法尿液细菌培养和美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分指数(NIH-CPSI),将110例CP患者按NIH前列腺炎诊断标准进行分型。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测患者及30例正常对照组EPS中的IL-17、TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6、IL-10含量。用SPSS for Windows 12.0统计软件对测量数据进行统计学分析。结果Ⅱ型、Ⅲ-a型和Ⅲ-b型CP患者EPS中IL-17水平升高,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Ⅱ型和Ⅲ-a型IL-17水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);但两者与Ⅲ-b型IL-17水平存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。IL-17水平与NIH-CPSI评分呈正相关(r=0.462,P<0.05)。IL-17与IL-10存在正相关(r=0.289,P<0.05)。IL-17与IL-6存在正相关(r=0.26,P<0.05)。结论 CP患者EPS中IL-17表达变化提示它参与了前列腺的炎症反应。IL-17不仅是评价CP严重程度的一项指标,也是潜在的治疗CP新的突破口。%Objective To determine the levels of IL-17, TNF-α, IL-8, IL-6, IL-10 in prostatic secretions of different types patients with chronic prostatitis and analyze their relevance, as well as better understand the role of IL-17 in the development of chronic prostatitis. Methods a total of 110 patients with chronic prostatitis were classified by NIH prostatitis diagnostic criteria including urine routine, routine examination of the prostatic secretions, two glasses of urine culture, and the NIH-CPSI score. The levels of IL-17, TNF-α, IL-8, IL-6 and IL-10 were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA assay in prostatic secretions of all patients and 30 normal controls. Data analysis was performed by SPSS statistical software. Results The levels of IL-17 in TypeⅡ,Ⅲ-a-andⅢ-b-type CP patients were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01);There was no statistical difference in IL-17 level betweenⅡ-andⅢ-a type (P>0.05);but both groups had significant difference withⅢ-b-type in IL-17 level (P<0.05). IL-17 level was positively correlated with NIH-CPSI score (r=0.462, P<0.05;r=0.571, P<0.01), IL-10 (r=0.289, P<0.05), and IL-6(r=0.26, P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of IL-17 in patients with chronic prostatitis suggests that it may be involved in prostate inflammation.IL-17 is not only the evaluation marker for the severity of chronic prostatitis, but also a new treatment target for chronic prostatitis.
