雷州半岛耕地流转农户行为影响因素的实证研究

摘要

Taking Leizhou Peninsula as a case, this paper used the binary logistic model to analyze the factors driving the farmer households'behavior in farmland transfer. The results showed that; (1) seventy -five percent of the households in Leizhou Peninsula transferred in or out cultivated land; (2) Age, farmland income proportion, average farmland, land fragmentation, land quality, farmland property right awareness, supporting agricultural policies, and so on had significant influences on farmland transfer. Finally, some suggestions and countermeas-ures for promoting farmland transfer were proposed.%以雷州半岛为例,利用二元logistic模型分析影响农户耕地流转的主要因素.结果表明:(1)75％的农户存在耕地转入或耕地转出行为；(2)影响耕地流转的主要因素是年龄、农业收入比重、人均耕地面积、耕地破碎度、耕地质量、对耕地抛荒的处理、耕地产权认知和惠农政策；针对研究结果,最后提出了相应的促进耕地流转的政策建议.
