目的：系统评价A型肉毒毒素皮下注射治疗腋臭的效果及安全性，为临床研究与应用提供参考。方法：计算机检索PubMed，CNKI，VIP和万方数据资源系统数据库，收集所有A型肉毒毒素皮下注射治疗腋臭的临床试验及病例系列报告，提取资料后，采用R软件进行Meta分析。结果：A型肉毒毒素皮下注射治疗腋臭总体治愈率为84.20%[95%CI（78.51%,90.31%）]，总体有效率为99.62%[95%CI（98.69%,100.00%）]，总体不良反应率为1.28%[95%CI（0.58%，2.84%）]。结论：A型肉毒毒素用于临床患者腋臭的治疗中效果明显、不良反应低。%Objective To system evaluation the Security and validity of the botulinum toxin A subcutaneous injection curing axillary osmidrosis, and to provide reference for clinical studies and practice.Methods Databases Such as the PubMed, CNKI and VIP database and Wan Fang digital database, collect all of botulinum toxin A subcutaneous injection curing axillary osmidrosis clinical controlled study and case series report. Then extracted data , meta-analysis by using the R software.Results The results of meta-analysis showed that: botulinum toxin A subcutaneous injection curing axillary osmidrosis cure rate was 84.20% [95% CI (78.51%, 90.31%)], the total effective rate was 99.62% [95% CI (98.69%, 100.00%)], adverse reaction rate was 1.28% (95% CI (0.58%, 2.84%)].Conclusion Current evidence shows that botulinum toxin A subcutaneous injection curing axillary osmidrosis is effective and safe.
