基于EASY5的轴向柱塞泵建模与流量特性仿真研究

     

摘要

以CY14-1B型斜盘式轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,分析柱塞泵结构原理与柱塞运动规律,建立柱塞泵流量数学模型.利用MSC.EASY5软件搭建柱塞泵液压虚拟样机模型,进行流量仿真计算,与液压试验台测试结果对比,验证模型的准确性.在此基础上,仿真计算不同斜盘倾角、不同内泄量情况下柱塞泵流量特性曲线,仿真模拟结果与理论分析及实际情况基本一致.结果表明:应用EASY5软件可以准确有效的实现柱塞泵建模和仿真,为进一步研究柱塞泵故障诊断提供参考,对复杂液压元件虚拟样机建模具有借鉴意义.%The CY14-1B swash plate type axial piston pump is taken as the research object.The principle of the piston pump structure and the movement law of the piston are analyzed.Mathematical models of the piston pump flow are established.The piston hydraulic pump prototype model is built by the software MSC.EASY5.Then its flow character result is obtained and compared with the hydraulic test bench test results to verify the accuracy.On this basis,the flow characteristic curve of the piston pump is obtained with different inclination angles of the swash plate and internal leakage,and it's basically the same as the simulation result,the theoretical analysis and the fact.Simulation results show that the software EASY5 can accurately and effectively realize simulation of the piston pump.This study can provide a reference for a further research of the fault diagnosis on the piston pump and virtual prototype modeling for complex hydraulic components.
