基于EASY5的防反转阀的动力学建模与仿真

     

摘要

A dynamic equation of anti-swing valve used in hydraulic excavator on the basis of its working principle was established, and a simulation model in EASY5 was built and tested. In the two eases with and without anti-swing valve, simulations of the slewing circuit on a hydraulic excavator were made. The simulation results show that the anti-swing valve can effectively inhibit the slewing device from swinging back and forth.%根据挖掘机液压系统中使用的防反转阀的工作原理,建立其动力学方程,在EASY5中构建其仿真模型并对仿真模型进行测试检验.在有无防反转阀两种情况下,对某液压挖掘机的回转回路进行仿真.仿真结果表明,防反转阀能够有效抑制回转装置的往复摆动.
