Objectives: To analyze the current status of occupation burnout of doctors in general hospital of Shenzhen. Describe the demographic characteristics of Job Burnout and provide empirical evidence for the intervention measures. Methods: Convenient sampling was used to investigate the job burnout of clinicians in three general hospitals in Shenzhen. Descriptive analysis, chi square test and multiple linear regression analysis were used in this study. Results: Of the 469 clinicians, 61.63% had moderate and severe occupational burnout. The problem of disintegration of personality and low sense of achievement is prominent, and the group belongs to moderate job burnout. Among them, High professional titles and compiling are the protection factors of the sense of achievement.Age was a protective factor for disintegration of personality. Conclusion: Hospitals should pay more attention to the key groups who have job burnout. We should improve the personnel protection for young doctors, arrange working hours reasonably, and set up special psychological counseling institutions to solve the problem of job burnout.%目的:分析深圳市综合医院医师的职业倦怠现状, 描述医师职业倦怠相关人口特征, 为提供干预措施提供实证依据.方法:采用方便抽样法调查深圳市3所三级综合医院的临床医师职业倦怠情况, 运用描述性分析、卡方检验和多重线性回归进行分析.结果:469名临床医师中, 61.63%存在中度和重度职业倦怠.人格解体、成就感低的问题突出, 该群体属于中度职业倦怠.高职称与有编制是成就感的保护因素, 年龄高是人格解体的保护因素.结论:医院对职业倦怠重点人群应给予更多关注, 完善年轻医师的人事保障, 同时合理安排医师的工作时间, 设立专门医师心理辅导机构, 以缓解职业倦怠问题.
