医院员工满意度调查及分析

     

摘要

Objectives: To investigate total staff satisfaction in hospital and its influence factors. Methods: All staff in Meitan Hospital filled in staff satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis software was SPSS16.0. Results: The total staff satisfaction is pretty well. The highest rate is work team and the lowest is rewarding rate. The middle is organizational retention. Factors causing high staff satisfaction and low satisfaction were different. Conclusions: Hospital can consider to improve continuously staff satisfaction based on the current status.%目的:了解员工满意度总体情况及高满意度因素、低满意度因素.方法:设计问卷,对煤炭总医院全体员工进行员工满意度问卷调查.数据分析基于SPSS16.0进行.结果与分析:员工整体较为满意;对工作群体满意度最高.对工作回报满意度最低;组织忠诚度较高.高满意度和低满意度因素各有不同原因.讨论:应根据员工满意度情况,采取相应管理举措,不断提高员工满意度.
