公立医院绩效评估系统的建设与应用实践--英国剑桥大学医院绩效管理模式探析及启示

摘要

通过对英国剑桥大学医院绩效平台信息系统（CHEQS）进行深入的考察分析，从英国国家卫生服务体制、医疗机构绩效管理体系、医院绩效管理系统建设及推广思路等角度对CHEQS进行了具体的分析论述。并将其与国内相关机构的医院绩效考核机制进行对比，探索并阐述了对“上海市医联工程”中的市级医院运营管理平台的建设意义和改进策略。%By deeply insight on CHEQS and making detailed analysis on the perspectives of Britain National Health Service System, Britain medical institutes' performance management system and hospital performance management system construction. Comparative research has been carried out with local hospital performance assessment. Its references on city hospital operation management platform building in Shanghai are also discussed.
