开展综合目标管理探索民营医院激励约束机制

北京天健华夏医院管理有限公司先后并购中国石化系统4家改制医院，近2年来，公司充分发挥民营企业在决策、执行、运营、监管等环节的先进理念和医疗集团化、专业化的管理优势，在所属医院全面开展经济、经营、行政综合目标管理，积极探索民营医院激励约束机制，着力实现了所属医院的技术、服务、管理、经营、效益水平的提升，为推进社会资本办医提供了一种实践路径。%　　Beijing Tianjian Huaxia Hospital Management Company has merged & acquired 4 enterprise hospitals of SINPPEC. With the skills and advantages in policy decision, handling, operation and control of private enterprise, the comprehensive-targets management including economy, operation and logistic aspects has been applied effectively to the hospital managements, which have been improved hospitals' technology, service provision, management, operation and benefit. The company has developed a practical route on increasing medical investments by social capitals.
