运用方法学和统计学论证了绩效评价体系研究,建立了模糊综合评价模型的绩效评价体系,构建了由23个指标构成的评价模型。同时,阐述了模糊综合评价理论的基本内容,运用层次分析法,确定了每个评价指标的权重,建立了军队医院工作绩效的模糊综合评价模型并通过实例应用分析,开展了军队医院绩效评价,验证了模型应用的合理性与可行性。%Performance evaluation system was proved by statistics methods and performance evaluation system includes 23 index based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established. The basic content of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory was introduced and the weight of each indictor was set by AHP. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for performance evaluation in military hospital was shaped and applied, which has verified the rationality and feasibility of the model.
