为提高医院整体医疗水平,2012年中南大学湘雅医院启动专科化改革,成立学科建设指导委员,划分亚专科的同时成立多学科诊疗团队.实行专科管理委员会管理制度,开设专病门诊与联合门诊,推行主任医师负责制,制定业务科室负责人绩效考核指标体系和评价模型,多项措施并举促进形成适合新时代临床医学发展需要的新的专科体系.在总结改革经验的基础上,提出学科建设需有序规划、凝练方向、医教研一体、加强评估、人才内培外引等多方面统筹考虑,方能取得预期效果.%In order to improve hospital capacity,specialty reform in Xiangya Hospital has been carried out since 2012.The countermeasures of this reform include setting discipline construction committee,building sub-specialty,building MDT team,setting special disease clinic and union clinic,implementing attending and strengthening performance assessment index to build clinical discipline matched specialties.Based on the summary of experience,it shows that the conditions of successful specialty construction involve scientific plan,right direction,coordinated medicine,teaching and research,assessment and training.
