目的:比较分析临床医学硕士生经过医患沟通培训课程后的考核成绩,评价培训课程的效果.方法:采取分层随机抽样方法,将2013级不同专业临床硕士生分成干预组和对照组.对干预组开展医患沟通技巧培训课程,结束后对所有学生的医患沟通能力进行评分.结果:干预组在临床沟通原则和态度上除仪表外均高于对照组,在“恰当的目光交流”“没有不恰当的打断或与患者抢话头”“清楚解释患者的疑问,不会产生误解”“对问题的澄清和核实深入、准确”干预组要优于对照组,技巧的综合运用及效果方面两者差异没有显著性.结论:学生在临床训练阶段接受医患沟通技巧培训后沟通能力有一定提高.培训过程中通过考核发现问题,及时调整医患沟通技巧授课模式和内容,进一步提高了临床医学硕士生的沟通能力.%Objectives:To evaluate the effect of training courses by comparing the clinical medical post-graduates' scores between those who took the doctor-patient communication training courses and those not.Methods:Medical post-graduates of Grade 2013 from different majors were divided into intervention group and control group using stratified sampling method.Only the intervention group got access to doctor-patient communication courses.Evaluate all participants' doctorpatient communication ability in the end.Results:Intervention group performed better both in clinical communication principles and attitude except appearance.Although there is no signification difference between two groups,intervention group is superior to control group among "proper eye contact","no improper interruption or put words in patients' mouths","answer patients' questions clearly "and "clarify problems profoundly and accurately" Conclusions:After taking doctor-patient communication courses,students improved their communication ability.During the course-taking period use inspection to find problems,timely adjust doctor-patient communication skills,teaching modes and content,to improve the medical postgraduate'communication ability over the long term.
