基于数据挖掘方法的上海地区三级医院超声医师配置优化探索

摘要

Objectives:To promote the refined management based on positions,survey and research of ultrasound doctors in Shanghai tertiary hospitals based on data mining and to provide suggestions on optimal human resources allocation.Methods:The status quo of ultrasound doctor allocation in 20 tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were investigated and the structure of ultrasound doctors was analyzed.Data association method was used to analyze the relationship between the characters of ultrasound doctors and their work efficiency.Results:The research report was issued to provide suggestions about optimal ultrasound doctor allocation.Conclusion:Rational measures based on big data should be taken to evaluate the workload and quantify the labor value so as to promote the working enthusiasm and professional identification of ultrasound doctors.%目的:为推进医院工作人员以岗位业绩为导向的精细化管理,开展基于数据挖掘方法的上海地区三级医院超声医师配置优化探索,为构建公立医院人力资源配置研究提供参考建议.方法:针对上海地区20所市属三级医院超声医师配置现状进行调研,分析上海地区三级医院超声医师结构.进一步借助大数据应用,利用关联数据技术,开展关于超声医师人员特征与工作效率的关联特征分析.结果:形成上海地区三级医院超声医师现状调研报告,并通过挖掘超声医师的人员特征与超声检查工作之间的关联关系,提供优化超声医师人员配置的参考依据.结论:需以人力资源现状调研与配置研究为基础,重视医疗大数据应用平台构建,通过更为专业、客观的方式,指导超声工作量的界定与测算,使得劳动付出的价值体现可量化,提升工作积极性和职业认同感.
