对公立医院岗位绩效评价研究的几点思考

摘要

根据公立医院改革的实际,对公立医院岗位绩效评价研究的若干问题进行了思考,对研究需要理清的理论基础、方法学和指标体系建立3个关键环节进行了分析,提出了研究需要解决的问题和建议,为公立医院岗位绩效评价研究提供参考.%Based on the practice of public hospital reform, several issues about position performance appraisal research inclusive of theory basis, methodology and index system, and identify problems are discussed, and suggestions are put forward as reference for study on position performance appraisal in public hospitals.
