谈工资制度改革与医院薪酬管理

     

摘要

2006年国家对事业单位收入分配制度进行了改革,建立符合事业单位特点、体现岗位绩效的收入分配制度.如何适应新的工资制度变化,提高工资管理水平,使医院薪酬管理能真正吸引、留住优秀人才.提升员工士气,是应该认真思考的问题.从新的工资制度的特点入手,指出医院工资管理中存在的问题,并分析其原因,对医院如何加强工资管理提出建议:健全完善的各项制度,发挥薪酬的激励作用;转变管理的观念,提升薪酬管理的理念;规范内部管理,提高工作质量.%In 2006, there was a reform for the income distribution system for public organizations.Income distribution system was established, which is in accordance with the characteristics of public organizations and reflects job performance.It needs serious consideration that how to enhance salary management level, to attract and keep excellent personel in hospital through salary management, and to enhance the enthusiasm of personel.Through starting from the character of the new salary system, the problems in salary management in hospitals are pointed out, its reasons are analyzed, and suggestions on how the hospital can strengthen the salary management are proposed, which are perfecting various systems to play salary incentive function, converting management concept to improve salary management concept, and regulating internal management to enhance work quality.
