目的 构建客观科学的上海市临床医学中心和临床重点学科建设评估指标体系,为建设成效评估提供工具.方法 通过德尔菲法和层次分析法的联合应用对指标进行筛选,并获得各指标的权重.结果 通过德尔菲法确定了4个一级指标、9个二级指标、42个三级指标,通过层次分析法确定了各指标的权重,基础条件、医疗服务、科研工作和教学与人才培养4个一级指标的权重分别为15.34%、33.69%、29.61%、21.36%.结论 专家权威性、协调性和一致性较高,指标体系具有较高的科学性.指标体系中以"医疗服务"所占权重系数最大,符合评估目的和建设导向.%Objective To establish a scientific and objective evaluation index system on clinical medical centers and clinical key disciplines. Methods Evaluation index system was established by using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). Weight of the indicators was obtained. Results Four first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and forty-two third-level indicators were identified by Delphi method. The weight of four first-level indicators,including basic conditions,medical services,scientific research,and teaching and training,was 15.34%,33.69%,29.61% and 21.36%, respectively. Conclusion The experts' authority,coordination and consistency were all good and the index system was proved scientifically. In the index system,the weight coefficient of "medical service" was the largest,which was consistent with the purpose of evaluation and the orientation of constructing project.
