Provided are an evaluation index value calculating device, an evaluation index value calculating method, and an evaluation index value calculating program enabling diversification of an evaluation index representing an optical state of a light adjusting sheet. This evaluation index value calculating device: acquires an evaluation image PE in which an imaging target 13 in a predetermined environment has been imaged through a light adjusting sheet 10; and employs an image analysis of the evaluation image PE to calculate the degree of blurring of the evaluation image PE due to the light adjusting sheet 10, as an evaluation index.
