PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which under a conventional technology, advice information to be provided by use of gene information is only a qualitative content, and it cannot be said that the advice information quantitative/specific, and practical actually in a daily life, which a user really desires to know, has been provided.SOLUTION: In an evaluation index value calculation system calculating an evaluation index value associated with advice information, the evaluation index value calculation system is provided that is configured to: hold more than one evaluation index value calculation coefficient serving as a coefficient for calculating advice information and an evaluation index value to be described later; acquire gene information on an examined subject to be obtained by a genetic test, and acquire a gene information value on the basis of the gene information of the examined subject to be obtained by the genetic test; acquire a test result value of the examined subject to be obtained by a biological test; acquire a test result value on the basis of the test resu and calculate an evaluation index value to be associated with the advice information by substituting the gene information value and the test result value for the evaluation index value calculation coefficient.
