通过绩效管理提高手术资源使用效率和医疗水平的案例分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨如何通过绩效管理提高手术资源使用效率和医疗水平.方法:选取北京协和医院开展手术专项绩效考核后半年内所有手术例数为样本,对医院实施该项绩效考核的效果进行评价和案例研究.结果:医院开展手术专项绩效考核后手术量呈增长趋势,高难度手术量和占比明显提高,高年资医师愿意更多地开展高难度手术,低年资医师有更多机会参与手术.结论:手术专项绩效考核不仅对提高手术资源使用率发挥了积极的作用,还提高了全院手术难度水平.%Objective:To improve efficiency of surgery resources and medical level through performance management.Method:We Selecting all surgeries of Peking Union Medical College Hospital in half year as samples,and completing further analysis and cases study.Results:Surgical extent is growing.The extent and ratio of high-difficult surgeries is obviously increasing,high level physicians are willing to do high-difficult surgeries; young physicians will have more opportunities to participate in surgeries.Conclusion:The performance appraisal plays an active role not only in improving efficiency of surgical resources,but also in making positive influence on promoting medical level.
