提高学习效果和教学资源使用效率的教学质量评价研究

摘要

Consecutive years of large-scale enrollment expansion of colleges and universities results in the decrease of teaching quality and weakness of learning effect. At the same time, our government has spent a lot of resources on improving education quality, therefore teaching resource utilization efficiency should raise concern. By analyzing the relationship between learning ef-fect and teaching quality, and the relationship between teaching resource utilization efficiency and teaching quality, it is con-tributed to make more scientific and reasonable evaluation of the teaching quality.%随着高校连续多年的大规模扩招，教学质量滑坡问题日趋显现，其直接结果就是导致学生的学习效果不佳。与此同时，国家已经投入大量资源着手进行教育质量的提高，教育资源的利用效率问题也应成为高校提高教学质量应该关注的重要方面。通过剖析学习效果与教学质量的关系、教学资源效率与教学质量的关系，有助于以提高学习效果和提高教学资源使用效率为目标，更加科学合理地对教学质量做出评价。
