2013年人感染H7N9禽流感防控卫生经济学评价

摘要

目的:从全社会的角度对2013年人感染H7N9禽流感的联防联控措施的成本收益进行分析.方法:根据国民经济模型的原理,从最终消费角度测算相关行业的直接损失来说明对社会经济的影响.结果:2013年我国人感染H7N9禽流感防控措施在两种假设情境下效益成本比分别达到19.84和38.25.结论:2013年我国针对人感染H7N9禽流感防控采取的措施具有很高的成本效益,避免了疫情传播对社会经济的冲击和影响.疫情发生后,要通过科学准确的宣传教育消除公众的心理恐慌.%Objective:To analyze the costs and benefits of joint prevention and control measures for avian influenza A(H7N9) from the perspective of the whole society.Methods:According to the principle of the national economic model,the direct loss of related industries was measured from the point of final consumption to illustrate its impact on the social economy.Results:In 2013,the benefit-cost ratios of H7N9 prevention and control measured in two hypothetical scenarios reached to 19.84 and 38.25 respectively.Conclusion:In 2013,the measures taken to prevent and control H7N9 in China had high cost effectiveness,avoiding the impact of the epidemic spread on the social economy.After the epidemic,it needed to eliminate the public panic through scientific and accurate publicity and education.
