慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者专科和社区医院双向转诊机制的探讨

摘要

目的 探讨适合我国的慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒感染者的双向转诊模式.方法 采用文献法、专家与社区医生共同讨论、建立队列并分析调查表的方法,探讨我国慢性乙肝病毒感染者双向转诊的可行性、转诊标准和转诊流程.结果 分析了在专科医院与社区医院之间建立双向转诊的可行性,显示经过培训后社区医生有能力参与完成双向转诊,患者中有48.0%愿意到社区卫生服务中心随访;建立了慢性乙肝病毒感染者的双向转诊标准和流程.结论 慢性乙肝病毒感染者的双向转诊是可行的,双向转诊标准和流程的建立是以疾病发展规律和社区状况为依据的,但还要在今后的队列随访中做进一步的论证和探讨.%Objective To explore the two - way referral system for patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection between specialized hospital of infectious disease and Community health center.Methods Literature retrieval and review, group discussion of experts and community doctors, and analysis of questionnaires of the queue were used.Results The feasibility of the two - way referral system for chronic hepatitis B virus infection patients between the specialized hospital and community health center was analyzed.The doctors in community health centers had the ability of taking part in the two - way referral after training,48.0％ of patients were willing to be followed up in community health centers.The criteria and processes of two - way referral for chronic hepatitis B virus infection patients were established.Conclusion The two - way referral for patients with chronic hepatitis B virus infection is feasible , the set - up of the criteria and processes of two - way referral is based on the law of disease development and community conditions; nevertheless, it needs to be further studied.
