目的 探讨调查缺血性脑卒中高危者院前延迟行为意向的现状及影响因素.方法 采用缺血性脑卒中高危者院前延迟行为意向测评量表,调查哈尔滨市420例缺血性脑卒中高危者.结果 缺血性脑卒中高危者院前延迟行为意向得分为(52±12)分,呈中等水平,量表的5个因子按照标准化得分高低排序依次为习惯反应样式、症状警觉、就医阻碍因素、他人意见影响和正确判断能力.多元线性回归结果显示,缺血性脑卒中高危者院前延迟行为意向受到婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、体检情况及脑血管病家族史、糖尿病家族史因素的影响(P＜0.05).缺血性脑卒中高危者患脑血栓风险程度与院前延迟行为意向水平呈正相关(r=0.108,P=0.028).结论 缺血性脑卒中高危者院前延迟行为意向呈中等水平,受到婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、体检情况及有无脑血管病家族史和糖尿病家族史的影响.%Objective To investigate the situation and influencing factors of pre - hospital delay behavior intention in individuals at high risk for ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 420 subjects at high risk for ischemic stroke were enrolled in this study and surveyed with a self - designed scale for their pre - hospital delay behavior intention. Results The pre - hospital delay behavior intention was in the middle level ( 52 ± 12 ) among these subjects. Five factors were identified: habitual response patterns, symptom alertness, factors that hamper their hospital visit, other people's opinions and proper judgement ability ( sorted according to standardized scores ). Multivariate linear regression analysis shown that marriage, family income, physical examination , family history of cerebrovascular disease or diabetes significantly affected the pre - hospital delay behavior intention ( P < 0. 05 ); in addition, the pre - hospital delay behavior intention was mildly correlated with the cerebrovascular risk ( r = 0. 108, P =0. 028 ). Conclusion The pre - hospital delay behavior intention is at the middle level among individuals at high risk for ischemic stroke and is affected by factors including marriage, family income, physical examination, family history of cerebrovascular disease or diabetes.
