社区卫生人力资源管理(三)——人才的发现

摘要

高素质的人才是一个机构生存和发展的关键,但是要招聘到一个留得住、用得上、自身条件与工作需求非常匹配的人才却非常不容易.作为社区卫生服务机构的管理者要时时注意发现人才,仔细观察他们的表现.管理者还要通过及时的入职培训,使新员工对社区卫生服务工作有一个整体的了解,帮助他们尽快地融入新环境、适应新角色,发挥作用,做出成绩.%High - quality talents are the linchpin related to institution survival and development, but it is very difficult to hire the suitable talents with his own condition matching with the need of job. The managers of community health organizations have to always to focus on discovery of the talented and observe their performance carefully. The managers should also conduct timely job - training for the new employers so as to make them have an overall understanding of community health services, adapt to the new environment as soon as possible, play an active role, and make achievements.
