Objective To explore the correlation of SCL - 90,EPQ and COPA - PI in the measurement of the mental health status of male prisoners. Methods Using convenience sampling method,we enrolled 542 male prisoners in Jinzhou of Liaoning Province from April to May in 2014. SCL - 90,EPQ and COPA - PI were employed at the same time to investigate the mental health status of the subjects. Cronbach's α was used to evaluate the reliability of the three scales. Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to investigate the correlation among the three scales. Structure validity of the scales was analyzed by EFA analysis and CFA analysis. Results The Cronbach' s α coefficients of the three scales were 0. 97,0. 87 and 0. 84 respectively. The total score and factorscores of SCL - 90 were positively correlated with EPQ scores of neuroticism and psychoticism and were negatively correlated with EPQ scores of introversion - extroversion and concealing sham(P < 0. 05). The total score and factor scores of SCL - 90 were negatively correlated with COPA - PI score of introversion - extroversion and were positively correlated with other COPA - PI factor scores except the score of intelligence ( P < 0. 05 );SCL - 90 scores of depression and terror were positively correlated with COPA - PI score of intelligence(P < 0. 05). EPQ score of psychoticism was positively correlated with COPA - PI scores of introversion - extroversion,communality,aggressiveness and was negatively correlated with COPA - PI scores of emotional stability,sense of trust,compassion,self - confidence,anxiety and intelligence (P < 0. 05);EPQ score of introversion - extroversion was positively correlated with COPA - PI scores of emotional stability, communality,impulsiveness,aggressiveness,vengefulness,sense of trust,self - confidence,anxiety,psychopathic tendency and model of criminal thinking and was negatively correlated with COPA - PI score of compassion( P < 0. 05);EPQ score of neuroticism was positively correlated with COPA - PI score of intelligence and was negatively correlated with all other COPA - PI factor scores expect compassion(P < 0. 05);EPQ score of concealing sham was negatively correlated with COPA - PI score of introversion - extroversion and was positively correlated with other factor scores(P < 0. 05). Through EFA analysis,we built three - factor structural equation model with a communality of 0. 51 - 0. 94 and an accumulated variance contribution rate of 76. 42% for each item. By CFA analysis of the model,we worked out GFI( > 0. 90),AGFI( > 0. 90)and RMSEA( <0. 08),all reaching fitting standard. Non - standard and standard regression coefficients of structural equation model were 0. 70 -1. 35 and 0. 64 - 0. 97 respectively. Conclusion Inherent correlation exists among SCL - 90,EPQ and COPA - PI. The three scales should be applied together when measuring the mental health status of prisoners.%目的：探讨症状自评量表（ SCL -90）、艾森克人格问卷（ EPQ）、中国服刑人员个性分测验（COPA - PI）三个量表在男性服刑人员心理健康状况测量中的关联性。方法采用便利抽样方法，于2014年4—5月抽取辽宁省锦州监狱男性服刑人员542例，采用SCL -90、EPQ、COPA - PI三个量表同时对其进行心理健康状况测量，量表的信度采用 Cronbach＇s α，量表间的相关性采用 Pearson 相关分析，量表的结构效度采用探索性因子（EFA）分析与验证性因子（CFA）分析。结果 SCL -90、EPQ、COPA - PI三个量表的 Cronbach＇s α系数分别为0.97、0.87、0.84。SCL -90总分及各因子得分与 EPQ 神经质、精神质因子得分呈正相关，与内外向、掩饰虚假因子得分呈负相关（P ＜0.05）。SCL -90总分及各因子得分与COPA - PI内外倾因子得分呈负相关，与除聪慧性因子外的其余因子得分呈正相关（P ＜0.05）；SCL -90抑郁、恐怖因子得分与COPA - PI聪慧性因子得分呈正相关（P ＜0.05）。EPQ 精神质因子得分与COPA - PI内外倾、同众性、攻击性因子得分呈正相关，与情绪稳定性、信任感、同情心、自信心、焦虑感、聪慧性因子得分呈负相关（P ＜0.05）；EPQ 内外向因子得分与COPA - PI情绪稳定性、同众性、冲动性、攻击性、报复性、信任感、自信心、焦虑感、心理变态倾向、犯罪思维模式因子得分呈正相关，与同情心因子得分呈负相关（ P ＜0.05）；EPQ 神经质因子与COPA - PI聪慧性因子得分呈正相关，与除同情心外的其余因子得分呈负相关（P ＜0.05）；EPQ 掩饰虚假因子得分与COPA - PI内外倾因子得分呈负相关，与其余因子得分呈正相关（P ＜0.05）。经 EFA 分析得到三因子结构方程模型，各条目共同度为0.51～0.94，累计方差贡献率为76.42％，对模型进行 CFA 分析得到拟合优度指数（GFI）、调整的拟合优度指数（AGFI）均＞0.90，近似误差均方根（RMSEA）＜0.08，均达到适配标准。结构方程模型中非标准化与标准化回归系数分别为0.70～1.35、0.64～0.97。结论 SCL -90、EPQ、COPA - PI三个量表之间存在一定的内在关联性，在对服刑人员进行心理健康状况测量时，应联合使用。
