慢性心力衰竭药物治疗研究进展

摘要

慢性心力衰竭是诸多心血管疾病的最后阶段，难以逆转，一直是医学界面临的重大难题。慢性心力衰竭的治疗由过去强调改善症状、提升生活质量转变为以防治和延缓心肌重构为主，降低病死率和再住院率。现根据心力衰竭治疗指南和大型研究结果，对治疗慢性心力衰竭的常规药物、新药和中药的研究进展进行综述。%Chronic heart failure is the final phase of many cardiovascular diseases .It is difficult to reverse and has been the major problem facing the medicine filed .The focus of its treatment was changed from symptom remission and life quality improvement in the past into the deferring of myocardial remodeling , in order to reduce mortality and readmission rate .Based on guidelines and the results of large -scale researches , the study made a review of general drugs , new drugs and traditional Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure .
