慢性肾脏病合并慢性丙型肝炎的诊治研究进展

摘要

Infection with hepatitis C virus( HCV) is highly prevalent among chronic kidney disease( CKD) patients. In developed countries,the infection rate of HCV is 7% - 40% among CKD patients. HCV infection in CKD patients is associated with an increase in mortality,so antiviral treatment may improve the prognosis of this kind of patients. However,the diagnosis and treatment of CKD combined with chronic hepatitis C(CHC)are complicated and there is a lack of experience in its diagnosis and treatment. The paper made a review of the diagnosis and treatment of CKD combined with CHC.%慢性肾脏病患者丙型肝炎病毒感染率较普通人群高，在发达国家，慢性肾脏病患者丙型肝炎病毒感染率为7％~40％。丙型肝炎病毒感染增加了慢性肾脏病患者的死亡风险，有效的抗病毒治疗可以改善此类患者的预后。然而，慢性肾脏病合并慢性丙型肝炎的诊治较复杂，目前缺乏诊疗经验，现对慢性肾脏病合并慢性丙型肝炎患者的诊治做一综述。
