全科医师在优化落实慢性便秘三级诊治中的作用

摘要

慢性便秘危害居民健康.本文结合慢性便秘发病特点、诊治现况及要求等,具体分析了全科医师在其三级诊治中的作用,包括:对不同人群全方位管理的持续贯穿,对病情轻重缓急干预、提高患者依从性和协调多学科资源方面的有效递进,对各级诊治的转换承接,对病因和危险因素预防及早期干预的补充完善.慢性便秘在各级诊治中的优化特点还包括:在一级诊治中有利于大肠癌等早期筛查和干预,在二级诊治中早期评估和干预便秘相关的心理状况,在三级诊治中发挥中西医综合治疗便秘的优势.分析表明,全科医师在优化落实慢性便秘三级诊治规范方面具有重要价值.%Chronic constipation(CC) endangers people′s health.Based on CC′s clinical characteristics,status and requirements of diagnosis and treatment,the role of general practitioners(GPs) in the three-level management of CC is intensively analyzed as the following:continuously managing CC in different populations comprehensively;promotively managing CC by delivering intervention services,improving the patient compliance and coordinating in interprofessional collaborative practice;working as the interveners in different levels of CC management;providing a series of services for preventing CC and early management of CC,as well as supplementing and perfecting the aetiology-based intervention;making efforts to early screening and intervening colorectal cancers in primary management;early evaluating the mental status of CC patients and timely offering associated interventions in secondary management;treating CC patients by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in tertiary management.The analysis shows that GPs are of great value in optimizing and implementing the three-level management standards of CC.
