微小RNA与弱精子症发病机制的相关研究进展

摘要

Male infertility has become a very serious problem in the field of human reproduction,the pathogenesis of asthenozoospermia,as the most common of male infertility,is still a poorly understood.In recent years,with the deepening of the function of miRNA in the field of male infertility,it's agreed that miRNA affects spermatogenesis by regulating the transcription and translation of specific target genes.This review summarized the regulation of miRNA in the pathogenesis of asthenozoospermia.%男性不育已成为人类生殖领域中的严重问题,弱精子症作为男性不育症最常见的类型,至今对其发病机制尚未确切阐明.近年来,随着微小RNA(miRNA)的功能研究在男性不育领域的不断深入,人们一致认为, miRNA通过调控其特异的靶基因转录和翻译而影响精子发生过程.本文对miRNA在弱精子症发病机制中参与调控作用的研究进行综述.
