基于全国护士执业资格考试导向的高职护理教学模式改革与实践

         

摘要

[目的]探讨基于全国护士执业资格考试(CLEN)导向的教学模式在高职护理教学中的应用效果。[方法]以2010级三年制高职护理专业学生为试验组,2009级三年制高职护理专业学生为对照组。试验组采用基于 CLEN 导向的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,对两组学生的教学模式评价、临床综合能力、护士执业资格考试通过率进行比较。[结果]试验组教学模式评价满意度、临床综合能力评分、护士执业资格考试通过率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]基于 CLEN 导向的教学模式有利于培养学生的临床综合能力,能有效提高学生的综合素质和护士执业资格考试通过率。%Objective:To probe into the application effect of the teaching mode based national nurse practitioner qualification examination (CLEN)in higher vocational nursing teaching.Methods:The high vocational nursing students in grade 2010 were taken as the experimental group,and the high vocational nursing students in grade 2009 were taken as the control group.The students in experimental group received the teaching mode based on the CLEN,the students in control group used the traditional teaching mode,then to compare the evaluation of the two groups of students to teaching mode,the clinical comprehensive ability and the nurse practitioners quali-fication examination pass rate.Results:the satisfaction degree to teaching mode,the clinical comprehensive abili-ty score and the pass rate of nurse practitioner qualification test in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The teaching mode based on CLEN was beneficial to the cultivation of students'clinical comprehensive ability,and can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of the students and nurse practitioners qualification examination pass rate.
