本科护生早期接触临床职业防护知信行的调查与分析

摘要

Objective:To understand undergraduate nursing students’knowledge,attitude,and practice (KAP) status of early clinical exposure occupational protection.Methods:406 undergraduate nursing students from 4 U-niversities in Changsha were investigated by amended Occupational Protection KAP Questionnaire.Results:The protection knowledge score of college nursing students early exposure to clinical occupational was 8.84±2.18 points,scoring index is 58.93% which is at the general level;attitude total score was 4.44±0.52 points,which was in higher level;practice total score was 4.07±0.58 points at higher level.Conclusion:Nursing students has a large degree of lack of knowledge in early clinical exposure,a better positive attitude on occupational protec-tion,and a good compliance behavior.%[目的]了解本科护生早期接触临床时职业防护的知识、态度、行为情况，探讨有效的干预措施。[方法]采用自行修改的职业防护知信行问卷对长沙市4所高校406名本科护生进行调查。[结果]早期接触临床本科护生职业防护知识得分为8.84分±2.18分，得分指标为58.9%，处于一般水平；态度总分为4.44分±0.52分，处于高等水平；行为总分为4.07分±0.58分，处于高等水平。[结论]早期接触临床时护生在职业防护知识方面存在很大程度的不足，职业防护态度较积极，行为依从性良好。
