体位改变配合徒手旋转胎头纠正持续性枕后位临床分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze clinic effect of manual rotation of fetal head with postural change on the modification of persistent occiput posterior position.Methods:Two thousand twenty cases with persistent occiput posterior position were enrolled.The test group used methods of manual rotation of fetal head with postural change.The compare group used nothing.Results:The test group was significantly inferior to the compare group in the rate of forceps delivery and cesarean delivery (P<0.05).The test group was significantly superior to the compare group in the rate of natural childbirth (P<0.05).Conclusion:Manual rotation of fetal head with postural change on the modification of persistent occiput posterior position can significantly increase the rate of natural childbirth,decrease the rate of forceps delivery and cesarean delivery,decrease perinatal complications.%　　目的：探讨体位改变配合手转胎头术纠正持续性枕后位的临床效果.方法：选择持续性枕后位患者220例，试验组110例采用手转胎头术旋转胎头配合体位改变纠正持续性枕后位，对照组110例未做任何处理.结果：试验组产钳助产、剖宫产率明显低于对照组，试验组自然分娩率明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：对持续性枕后位使用体位改变配合徒手旋转术，显著增加自然分娩率，降低剖宫产及产钳助产率，降低围生儿并发症.
