交锁髓内钉与微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨骨折的效果对比探究

摘要

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive percutaneous plate for tibia fracture. Method:80 cases of tibia fracture in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(treated with interlocking intramedullary nail) and the observation group(treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate).The perioperative situation and excellent rate of two groups were compared.Result:The operative time, blood loss and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Hospitalization time and excellent rate of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both interlocking intramedullary nail and minimally invasive percutaneous plate for tibia fracture have exact effect.%目的：比较交锁髓内钉与微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效差异。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的80例胫骨骨折患者，随机均分为对照组(交锁髓内钉治疗)和观察组(微创经皮钢板治疗)，比较两组患者围术期情况和优良率的差异。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量和骨折愈合时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)；两组患者住院时间和优良率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：交锁髓内钉与微创经皮钢板治疗胫骨骨折均疗效确切。
