综合性护理对小儿肺炎合并心功能不全的疗效影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive care on curative effect of infantile pneumonia combined with cardiac insufficiency. Method:94 cases with infantile pneumonia combined with cardiac insufficiency were chosed as the research subject,they were given comprehensive care on the basis of conventional therapy,and their effect were observed.Result:After the comprehensive care and conventional therapy,the cardiac functional graded was decreased,LVEF and SOD were increased.The effective rate of therapy was 87.23%.Conclusion:Comprehensive care on the basis of conventional therapy can effectively improve the patient’s condition of infantile pneumonia combined with cardiac insufficiency.%目的：探讨综合性护理对小儿肺炎合并心功能不全的疗效影响。方法：选取94例小儿肺炎合并心功能不全患者作为研究对象，在常规治疗的基础上，给予综合性护理，观察效果。结果：经综合性护理及常规治疗后，患者心功能分级下降，左室射血分数明显升高，超氧化物歧化酶水平升高，三项指标治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗有效率为87.23%。结论：在常规治疗的基础上结合综合性护理能有效改善肺炎合并心功能不全患儿的病情。
