酚妥拉明联合毛花苷丙治疗小儿肺炎合并急性心功能不全的疗效

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of phentolamine combined with allocor in the treatment of infantile pneumonia complicated with acute heart failure.Methods:68 children with pneumonia complicated with acute heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 34 cases in each.Patients in the treatment group were given phentolamine combined with allocor,while patients in the control group were treated with allocor.Results:The total effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The time of correcting heart failure of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phentolamine combined with allocor in the treatment of infantile pneumonia complicated with acute heart failure can shorten the time of correcting heart failure, and it also can improve the cure rate.%目的：探讨酚妥拉明联合毛花苷丙对小儿肺炎合并急性心功能不全的治疗作用。方法：收治小儿肺炎合并急性心功能不全患儿68例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各34例，治疗组给予酚妥拉明联合毛花苷丙治疗，对照组给予毛花苷丙治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率优于对照组，治疗组心衰纠正时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：酚妥拉明联合毛花苷丙治疗小儿肺炎合并急性心功能不全可缩短心衰的纠正时间，提高治愈率。
