基于PBL教学法的分阶段教学方法在普外科临床带教中的应用探讨

         

摘要

目的:寻求更好的普外科临床教学方法。方法:将100名学生分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用以问题讨论(PBL)为基础的分阶段式教学法;对照组采用传统的临床教学法。课程结束后,两组采用相同的试题进行闭卷考试,并对观察组的学生进行问卷调查。结果:观察组学生考试成绩的及格率和优秀率均高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组96%以上的学生对以问题讨论为基础的分阶段式教学法持肯定态度。结论:以问题讨论为基础的分阶段式临床教学法优于传统临床教学方法。%Objective:To seek better clinical teaching method in the department of general surgery.Method:100 students were divided into observation group and control group,the observation group used the stage teaching method based on the discussion PBL;the control group used the traditional clinical teaching method.After the end of the course,two groups were given the same questions for the exam,and the students of the observation group conducted a questionnaire survey.Result:The pass rate of the observation group students’ test scores and the excellent rate were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).96%or more students of the observation group had affirmative attitude to stage teaching method based on PBL.Conclusion:The stage clinical teaching method based on PBL is superior to the traditional clinical teaching method.
