对输液室护理不良事件的分析探讨

摘要

Objective:To discuss the nursing adverse events in transfusion room.Method:Reviewing of transfusion room 2012 nursing adverse events, adverse events classification,causes and nurse age,titles ratio nalysis.Result:Nursing staff in violation of the rules was the first factor of occurrence of adverse events,security management,professional and technical capacity,equipment supplies and communication are closely related to adverse events.Conclusion:Multifactor analysis of transfusion room nursing adverse events,and put forward the improvement measures,to reduce the incidence,insure the safety of transfusion patients.%目的：探讨输液室护理不良事件。方法：回顾2012年输液室发生的护理不良事件，对不良事件类别、原因及与护士年限比例进行分析研究。结果：护理人员违反规章制度是发生不良事件的首要因素，安全管理、专业技术能力、器械物资及沟通都与不良事件密切相关。结论：对输液室护理不良事件进行多因素分析，提出改进措施，以降低发生率，保障患者输液的安全。
