探讨不同时段且不同类型的临床标本微生物检验结果阳性率分布情况

摘要

目的：了解不同时段且不同类型的临床标本微生物检验结果阳性率分布情况。方法收集我院2011年12月至2013年12月进行的2500份各类临床微生物检验标本，回顾性分析其两个时间段中不同种类的临床微生物检验结果阳性率。结果各类标本第二阶段检验阳性率明显低于第一阶段(P＜0.05)。结论为提高临床疾病治疗成功率，必须要保证微生物标本检验质量，对其不同时间段且不同类型的标本检验阳性率分布状况进行详细分析。%Method to col ect data in December 2011 to December 2013, 2500 copies of al types of clinical microbiological abstract: objective to understand the clinical specimens at different times and different types of microbial test results positive rate distribution of specimen, the two periods were retrospectively analyzed in different kinds of clinical microbiological test results were positive. Results the rest of the specimens of al kinds of the second stage test were significantly lower than the first stage (P < 0.05). Conclusion to improve the clinical disease treatment success, we must to ensure the quality of microbial test specimens, the specimens of different time periods and different types of test positive rate distribution for detailed analysis.
