双腔气管插管手术患者麻醉复苏期的气道管理分析

摘要

目的：分析双腔气管插管手术患者麻醉复苏期的气道管理。方法：收治行全麻胸腔手术患者100例，手术期间实施双腔气管插管，观察手术麻醉结果。结果：100例患者拔管时间段内心率、动脉压、呼吸指标和术前相比，差异性鲜明，拔管10 min后恢复正常指标。结论：患者全麻实施双腔气管插管期间加强麻醉复苏期气道管理，可提高患者手术成功率，缩短术后苏醒时间，保障生命健康。%Objective:To analyze the airway management of patients with double lumen tracheal intubation during anesthesia recovery period.Method:100 cases of patients who underwent thoracic surgery by general anesthesia were selected,they received double lumen tracheal intubation during the operation.We observed the results of surgical anesthesia.Results:It was distinctly different on the heart rate and arterial pressure and respiratory index of the 100 patients between the extubation time and preoperative.After pulling out the tube for 10 minutes,the normal index recovered.Conclusion:Strengthening the airway management of the anesthesia recovery period in patients with double lumen tracheal intubation under general anesthesia,can improve the success rate of operation,shorten the recovery time after operation,protect the life and health.
